Sources tell the 成人快手 the extra billion the DUP secured from the Tories won't be touched until devolution is restored.

A major headache for the DUP this morning. Civil service sources at Stormont have told the 成人快手 that not a penny of the extra billion pounds in spending - that the party secured from Westminster- will be touched until devolution is restored. The money is part of a deal the DUP struck with Theresa May to prop up the Tory minority government. The DUP said last month they want the extra funding to benefit the people of NI as soon as possible. Our political editor Mark Devenport set this out for us and Stephen got reaction from Alliance Party MLA Stephen Farry and former DUP MLA Nelson McCausland.

Also on the programme, local family tells how hurricanes hitting Caribbean have also battered their wedding plans.

And, today's big interview is on the money - Nolan talks to star of Dragon's Den Sarah Willingham.
