Mark Radcliffe: bagsying that last musical sun lounger on the 6 Music rock and roll beach JUST FOR YOU. He's joined today by James Mercer of indie-rockers The Shins. Formed by James in 1996 in Albequerque, New Mexico in the US, but now based in the well known hipsterville of Portland, Oregon, he's described it as a 'pop project' and inspired by any and all music that they discovered. With their best-known tunes Phantom Limb, Australia and Simple Song, James is here to talk about their latest fifth album, Heartworms.
