Airport Delays, Airline Issues and ABTA Spokesperson Live in the Studio

Airport delays, double luggage fees and paying for a hotel upgrade but not getting it. Doreen McKenzie, spokesperson for Association of British Travel Agents, is live in the studio.

On this week's holiday and travel special: airport and airline delays, the airline with the longest average delays over the past two summers has been Easyjet. When it comes to Northern Ireland, the delays at Belfast International are twice as long as George Best City Airport and Linda will be looking into these statistics to find out what they mean. We also hear from one listener who was charged a double luggage fare because her flight to Exeter from Belfast also stopped at Manchester.

We hear from one listener who paid for a hotel upgrade and didn't get what he paid for. Another who had been looking forward to her dream holiday for over a year. But after all the anticipation and excitement they found themselves in a completely different hotel to the one she thought she had booked - and without all the extras she'd been looking forward to. Doreen McKenzie, spokesperson for the Association of British Travel Agents, is live in the studio to discuss your rights if you don't get what you pay for and will answer any consumer questions.

Also, a new app from the Telephone Preference Service has launched, which can help consumers decide who's calling and if they want to answer.
