Marika Hackman brings her killer touring band to the Live Room to play tracks from her rebellious new album I'm Not Your Man

Forthcoming in June on AMF Records, I'm Not Your Man is an album which finds Hackman completely determined to tackle big questions around femininity, female identity, the pressures of social media and being young in 2017. We ran the ridges out of her first single 'Boyfriend' on 6 music and we can't wait to hear the heat she's going to bring to this session. After all she has recently said of the record "I wanted to let rip and lose control. That's the kind of music I've always wanted to make. When I was younger I wasn't looking at Joni Mitchell. I was looking at Nirvana thinking, 'I wanna be like that!'"
