We hear of one listener's three month struggle to track down her golden wedding anniversary gift from her husband. Law Lecturer Rosemary Craig is live in studio with advice on who is perhaps responsible; the airline, the handling agent or the airport? When do the police get involved? PSNI Chief Inspector Billy McIlwaine is live with Nicola offering further advice and to discuss how much it actually costs to phone the police here in Northern Ireland.

And when is a junction a junction? We hear from one 80 year old blue badge holder who takes on the authorities over a parking ticket and wins....or does he? It is a dispute that is still continuing after 14 months.
