Serial child sex abuser Henry Clarke admitted his crimes to police in the 80s but has never faced charges. He admitted abusing three children in Belfast at three children's homes in Belfast. For the past three decades Henry Clarke has built a new life for himself and his wife in Canada. After tracking him down there, 成人快手 News NI's investigations reporter Kevin Magee asked him when that happened. One of his victims has this morning said that he should stand trial. On today's programme you'll hear Kevin's shocking interview, and we hear from child protection expert Jim Gamble.
