Shakin' Stevens in session featuring some of the compositions written for his latest album, Echoes Of Our Times. All of the songs on the album were inspired by the lives of Shakin' Stevens' ancestors, a subject that he has researched extensively in recent years. He also talks to Paul Jones about the stories of his Cornish tin mining forebears, his Methodist Preacher great-grandfather from Shropshire and his grandmother, a life-long Salvationist from South Wales. Plus new releases from Gary Clark, Jr., Eric Bibb and Coco Montoya.
