A chance to hear the romantic music of Rued Langgaard performed by the 成人快手 Scottish Symphony Orchestra and their chief conductor Thomas Dausgaard: a passionate advocate for this Danish composer's work. Alongside his 6th Symphony, some much more familiar German fare: two operatic openings from Richard Wagner and the emotional lyricism of Richard Strauss's Four Last Songs, for which the orchestra is joined by Canadian soprano Erin Wall.
