Carolyn Quinn is joined by Labour's leader in the Lords, Baroness Angela Smith; former Conservative minister, Alistair Burt; and the former head of the civil service, Bob Kerslake.
Carolyn Quinn's guests are the Labour leader in the Lords, Baroness Angela Smith; the former Foreign Office minister Alistair Burt; and the former head of the civil service - now a Crossbench peer - Bob Kerslake. They discuss the challenges facing Jeremy Corbyn, in the wake of Labour's defeat in the Copeland by-election - and peers' attempts to amend the Bill to trigger Article 50. The programme includes an interview with Labour's former deputy and acting leader, Harriet Harman - who compares the party's situation now, with its position in the 1980s. And Carolyn also interviews the Leader of the Commons, David Lidington. Tom Newton Dunn, the political editor of the Sun, joins the panel to look ahead to key events at Westminster this week.
