The Executive has been accused of playing with people's lives with fears over how the political crisis will affect the health service. The 成人快手 revealed yesterday that a plan to tackle hospital waiting times will have to be put on hold. Health minister Michelle O'Neill was expected to announce a new strategy this month. Communities minister Paul Givan of the DUP and finance minister Mairtin O Muilleoir of Sinn Fein were talking about this on The View last night. Vinny talks to DUP MP Sammy Wilson, SDLP Health spokesman Mark H Durkan, UUP Finance spokesman Philip Smith, Alliance Party's Paula Bradshaw.

Also on the programme, a new crackdown on illegal use of bus lanes will come in to force next month. As part of the move authorities will have the power to clamp and remove vehicles parked illegally and blocking busy roads at peak times. Vinny spoke to the minister and asked him to outline the main changes in what was announced yesterday. We also got the views of environmental campaigner Jeff Gazzard, Glyn Roberts from Northern Ireland Independent Retail Trade Association and Belfast city councillor Jim Rodgers.
