With the Olympics in full swing we thought it was worth getting some active advice. Lauren talks to journalist, broadcaster and author Alexandra Heminsley about 'Running Like A Girl'. Her book tackles running & through it explores everything from ambition to relationships. Having tired of gyms and grown bored of yoga, six years ago Alexandra took up running and has since completed five marathons across two continents. She'll talk us through the funny, honest and emotional account she's captured in her book.
