Beth Orton joins Lauren in the 6 Music Live Room with tracks from her new record 'Kidsticks'. One of the most unique and beguiling voices of the last two decades, the LP is out at the end of May and sees Beth return to her electronic routes. Co-produced by Beth and Andrew Hung (F Buttons) there are album appearances from Twin Shadow's George Lewis Jr. and Grizzly Bear's Chris Taylor, as well as Beth's unmistakable voice inside ten pure, audacious, playful and kinetic songs.

Lauren also plays out one listener's Biorhythms, there's more new music for our Just Added playlist, a Headphones Moment and all the usual unusual music.
