The Anchoress
The Anchoress is singer songwriter Catherine Anne Davies. For The Verb she performs stripped-back versions of songs from her debut album ‘Confessions of a Romance Novelist’ (Kscope) with violinist Sophie Green. A collection of songs existing in the space between autobiography and fiction, Catherine explains why she chose to give each song an epigraph.
