Featuring the music of organ and piano duo The Scott Brothers, Jonathan and Tom, who join Nigel Ogden in the studio to discuss their work and the release of their latest CD recorded at the Victoria Hall, Hanley, Stoke-On-Trent. Jonathan and Tom perform in instrumental combinations which cover the entire keyboard spectrum including piano duet, piano and organ as well as harmonium and piano.
Born in Manchester, Jonathan and Tom both studied at Chetham's School of Music and at the Royal Northern College of Music. As well as their duo activities Jonathan's recent solo credits include providing the the piano music for the MIRAMAX film Brideshead Revisited and Melvyn Bragg's The Reel History of Britain whilst Tom combines his performing work with a successful career as an animator which includes a number of recent commissions from the 成人快手 Philharmonic Orchestra for videos that regularly feature in their concerts.
