On this week's show
Liam Logan takes a run to Portavogie down the Ards to meet up with Carole Gilmore, who’s looking forward to Halloween, and remembering what it was like when she was a lassie.
Liam and Carole spot some interesting words in Scotch Town, a new book by Nelson McCausland about Ulster-Scots language and literature in Belfast and at the book launch, Nelson tells Liam how much Ulster Scots is part of the history of the city.
Alister McReynolds is in Garvagh with Brad McFadden from Maine, whose ancestors left there in 1718 to travel across the Atlantic in the Great Migration, and now Brad is making the ‘long way home’.
