Billy Sloan plays the very best in pop and rock music from Scotland's greats as well as the rest of the world with regular features Spin The Globe and Early Morning Soul. This weekend we have exclusive tracks from FFS (Franz Ferdinand and Sparks) recorded live from their recent tour. In Musical Chairs Billy highlights the career of Joe Meek, he was a record producer, songwriter and engineer behind the hits of many tracks including 'Have I The Right', 'Just Like Eddie' and 'Telstar'. In Movie Moment Billy's playing 'Stonehenge' by Spinal Tap from the American rock music mockumentary This is Spinal Tap and the Live and Dangerous tracks come from the Velvet Underground and in Classic Songwriters, Billy plays tracks from the pen of Scottish singer/songwriter Paul Buchanan.
