Dan Auerbach joins Shaun

Dan Auerbach joins Shaun to chat about his new band, the Arcs. Plus Matt Everitt is here with the latest music news.

Shaun is joined Dan Auerbach to chat about his new band The Arcs. Dan is best known as the leader of The Black Keys but talks to Shaun about the release of The Arcs debut album Yours, Dreamily. The album was recorded in "roughly two weeks through spontaneous, informal sessions across the country," including the Sound Factory in Los Angeles and Auerbach's own Easy Eye Sound in Nashville.

"I just wanted to do my thing and get extra weird," The Black Keys guitarist/vocalist previously said of his new project. "I wanted everything to flow and be cohesive. A lot of the songs bleed one into the other, a lot like the Grateful Dead - my favourite records that they did. So I've got a lot of connected songs. It's basically everything I love about music all wrapped up into one record - that's all!".
