We look at plans to build in Swansea Bay which took a huge step forward this week after the UK government gave it the go ahead. Tidal Lagoon Power says it's the first step towards producing up to 10 percent of the UK's energy from the tides but there are still concerns over the impact on marine life.

The is set to be officially opened next month offering world class on-shore facilities. The opening of the 拢8.3m Academy due to problems with the tendering process but it's now hoped it's on track to open for its first international event - the European Optimists. Our reporter Huw Jenkins joins Team GB for one of their training sessions.

Rural Schools: Rising surplus places plus an increasingly complicated curriculum and reducing budgets mean it's a challenging time for education planners - particularly in rural parts of Wales. In some areas councils are turning to all-through schools - bringing together children from the ages of 3 through to 16 or 19 - as an answer. But not everyone is convinced. gets a new lease of life. Believed to be the oldest chain link bridge in the western world, it closed in the mid 1980's due to safety concerns about its condition. But now it's been restored and it's opening is a boost to the heritage of the local community.

And they've been described by some as 'the cutest sheep in the world' and could make a farmer's life easier. One breeder in Monmouthshire says the docile nature and thick coats of his unusual breed of Swiss Mountain Sheep is making them easier to sheer and is generating more wool. Marcus Cox only started farming 2 years ago and is the first to bring the breed to Wales.
