From Lanarkshire to Los Angeles, Patrick Doyle has made his mark composing music for some of Hollywood's great blockbusters, including Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, Brave and Cinderella. He meets Ricky to talk about work, faith, and being faced with serious illness.
'Stand for Syria', a new arts festival in Scotland, aims to expose a side of Syria which goes beyond the news headlines. Syrian refugee and festival organiser, Abed, along with poet and storyteller P谩draig 脫 Tuama, discuss the importance of the arts in healing the pains of a country in conflict.
