Grainy home videos of his grandmother's holidays in Australia saw Aaron Shah spellbound by the country, and despite never having been he believes his destiny lies down under.
Persuading partner Amy to move to the other side of the world, however, won't be easy. She's lived in the same area all her life and has close relatives nearby. Will a week spent living in Adelaide give Aaron a longed-for chance to finally get Amy on side with a move? Or will it see his dream to emigrate disappear for good?

In a complete turnaround, after returning to the UK Amy found that she couldn鈥檛 stop thinking about what she had experienced in Australia on her trial week. After speaking to friends she decided that it was time to make the move down under after all.
A delighted Aaron started making plans for a new life in Australia.聽 The couple put their house on the market and started the Visa process.
Plans ground to a halt, however, after a few weeks, when Aaron and Amy discovered Amy had fallen pregnant while in Australia. Now she鈥檚 having second thoughts again about a move, as she鈥檇 like the new baby to get to know family in the UK.
The couple hope to make a final decision on emigrating once their new baby has settled into the family. In the meantime, Aaron has changed career and is now a security manager at an airport.聽 He hopes these new skills will transfer to the Australian job market. The couple鈥檚 house also remains on the market.
