When Elizabeth and Kevin Joseph's youngest son Aiden was born with a heart condition, he faced a series of life-threatening operations. Now, his condition's stable, and both parents want the best life possible for him and his siblings. Mum Elisabeth believes that's what Australia could offer, but dad Kevin has concerns about work and finances down under.
When a trial week living in Adelaide shows Kevin's fears weren't completely unfounded, it looks like Elisabeth's hopes for her family's future could be under threat. Will the upsides of life on the other side of the world be enough to persuade him to go ahead with the move?

Update on the Joseph family
In September 2014, the Josephs made the move down under, choosing to settle in Adelaide.
Kevin is currently working full time in a private hospital in Burnside, while Elisabeth is awaiting her midwifery registration. Harrison, Isabelle and Aiden have settled into school and are all enjoying Aussie life. Aiden's health continues to be monitored by health professionals down under, and he鈥檚 currently doing well. The family is still adjusting to the big move, but everyone鈥檚 beginning to feel more settled in the country they now call home.
