Ally McCoist has left his position as Rangers' manager. Kaye Adams asks listeners if he will be missed.

TOPIC 1: ALLY MCCOIST
Ally McCoist has left his position as Rangers manager and the Scottish Championship club say he is now "on gardening leave". "We would like to thank Ally for all his hard work and dedication over the last few years, but we feel it is now in the best interests of all parties to move on," a Rangers statement read. McCoist, who had been in charge at Rangers since the summer of 2011, was called to a meeting at Ibrox on yesterday and was told it would be best for the club if he stood down and was placed on gardening leave. Rangers are nine points behind Scottish Championship leaders Hearts and the Tynecastle side can extend their lead to 12 points if they beat Cowdenbeath on Tuesday

Kaye asks: Ally McCoist has gone as Rangers boss, will you miss him?

TOPIC 2: WOMEN AND CABS
The SNP's Colin Keir who represents Edinburgh Western has written to all licensed taxis and pre-booked private hires to adopt a single woman priority policy. Some Edinburgh cab firms have a policy that they will prioritise the collection for a woman who is on her own. Mr Keir said: "I've had encouraging conversations with some of the taxis firms in Edinburgh and hope that all of them in the capital and across Scotland sign up to the cabwise plan. At this time of the year there is always an increase in the number of people using taxis at the end of an evening out - and its important that everyone gets home safely."

Kaye asks: Should taxi firms give priority to lone women?
