To get in the mood for Steve Lamacq's Wear You Old Band T-Shirt to Work Day, Now Playing becomes Now Wearing and asks listeners help create a band t-shirt-inspired playlist.

For the second year, this week's Now Playing becomes Now Wearing, as Tom Robinson kicks-off Wear Your Old Band T-Shirt To Work Day celebrations by creating a playlist comprised of what shirts listeners are wearing.

Tom invites listeners to send in a photos of themselves in their favourite band top and we'll play tracks by as many of those bands and artists as we can during the two hour show.

But beware - no shirt, no song!

Send song choices and comments via the hashtag #6MusicTShirtDay on Twitter as well as through the 6 Music and Now Playing Facebook pages, dragging tracks on the show's collaborative playlists on Spotify and Rdio, or the other usual live show contact methods.

... And don't forget to send us a picture!
