Hopetoun Estate near South Queensferry sells the rabbits shot on their estate in the farm shop. Dougie goes lamping to find out how they end up in the pot. Then Nick Nairn and Dougie take the food van into the heart of Dundee to cook up a rabbit and see what the shoppers think of the taste.
