Jak's Autumnal Coleslaw

Autumnal coleslaw

路听听听听听听听听 handful mixed seeds your choice

路听听听听听听听听 pinch of smoked paprika

路听听听听听听听听 4 tbsp low-fat natural yogurt

路听听听听听听听听 2 tbsp mayonnaise

路听听听听听听听听 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

路听听听听听听听听 3 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, chopped

路听听听听听听听听 1 celeriac, peeled, julienned or grated

路听听听听听听听听 3 carrots, peeled, julienned or grated

路听听听听听听听听 陆 red cabbage, very thinly sliced

路听听听听听听听听 2 eating apples, thinly sliced

路听听听听听听听听 1 firm pear peeled & thinky sliced

1.听听听 Heat a pan and add the seeds. Lightly toast on medium heat. When slightly brown, add in paprika and toss seeds about. Pour out of the pan and reserve.

2.听听听 Mix yogurt, mayo, mustard and parsley. Pour over veg and apples, toss through and season. Sprinkle over seeds and serve
