Roddy Frame in session

Mark Radcliffe presents solo with a session from Roddy Frame as part of 6 Music Live.

As part of the 6 Music Live launch this week, today is Live Music Day with shows across the network from Chris Hawkins through to Gideon Coe featuring a live session.

Mark Radcliffe is flying solo this week, but will be welcoming singer-songwriter Roddy Frame. Best known for founding 1980s New Wave band Aztec Camera, he's since released 4 albums, the last of which is this year's Seven Dials. He'll be playing some live tracks from this album, plus a classic Aztec Camera tune.

Plus, there's the perennially-growing The Chain - a never-ending, never-repeated range of records, linked from one to the next, with listeners suggesting what the connection is.
