Tom chats to music industry legend Simon Napier-Bell, who's managed many successful acts, including The Yardbirds, Marc Bolan, Ultravox, Wham, Boney M and Japan. He has written 3 books about his experiences in the music industry. Amongst many roles in the industry, he co-wrote You Don't Have to Say You Love Me which became Dusty Springfield's first number one.
