Katie Puckrik is joined by author Chris Sidwells sharing his favourite stories from Tour De France history. Chris wrote 'A Race For Madmen' which is a must read for anyone who wants to understand the history of the Tour De France. Expect tales of heroic riders forced to find someone with a forge so they can mend their own wheels.

The Keepers Of The Cog, the Velominati, will also be on the show. They are famous for creating 'the rules'. If you're a serious cyclist you should already know these. If not you might be breaking several of them. If you want to be accepted into the cycling fraternity then you need to pay attention!
