Tender Prey is a Cardiff based musician who mixes "garage blues, 70's girl group clangs and lo-fi grooves, to create pocket melodies to dance, drink and wrestle to" which is fair enough. Better known to her parents as Laura Bryon, her self-released debut EP the Tequila Worm is out now via bandcamp in advance of dates with fellow Welsh songstress Cate le Bon. Her inaugural album Organ Calzone, recorded by Riley show favourite Steve "Sweet Baboo" Black and featuring Emma Daman Thomas from Islet on drums, will be released on Bird Records/Finders Keepers in the Autumn.
