The two remaining north-west chefs cook their four courses again for the judges Prue Leith, Oliver Peyton and Matthew Fort, who must decide which chef will win a place in the finals. Joining them in the judges' chamber is D-Day veteran George Batts, who brings a special perspective on the dishes and shares his memories of landing on the beaches of Normandy as a royal engineer on 6 June 1944.
