Ricky journeys through his life in music from his teenage tapes to his love of Northern soul, plus super producer Stephen Street reveals the track he is most proud of.

Ricky Wilson takes us back through his musical upbringing, from the songs played in the Wilson household when he was growing up through to the tracks which inspired the Kaiser Chiefs. In the first of two shows, Ricky plays everything from Suede to John Cale; Arthur Russell to Au Revoir Simone. This week he is joined by super producer Stephen Street, the man behind hit albums from Blur and The Smiths, to talk about working with Morrissey and the track he is most proud of making.
