Tom chats to New York singer Suzanne Vega ahead of the release of Tales From the Realm of the Queen of Pentacles, her eighth album and her first release in seven years.

Tom chats to New York singer Suzanne Vega, who releases her 8th studio album Tales From The Realm of the Queen of Pentacles this month, her first for 7 years.
Suzanne enjoyed success with her self-titled debut album in 1985, off the back of the single Marlene On The Wall. But it was her 1987 follow up Solitude Standing that brought her into the mainstream, with the singles Luka and the acapella track Tom's Diner. Since her last studio album Beauty & Crime in 2007 she has re-recorded her back catalogue over a 4 volume album series called Close-Up.
