Liz chats to John Power of Liverpool act Cast, who were part of the Britpop explosion in the latter part of the 90s. The band reformed in 2010 for a series of live shows and an album, and have just re-released their first 4 albums.
Power formed Cast after the split of his previous band The La's with Peter Wilkinson of Shack after his band also split, in 1992. Their 1995 debut album All Change was the biggest selling debut on label Polydor records. The success continued throughout the 90s with Mother Nature Calls (1997) and Magic Hour (1999), but 2001's Beetroot was far less successful and the band split soon after.

Liz also chats to a listener about their favourite album in All Killer No Filler, and asks listeners for theme based musical suggestions.
