Memory Tapes features five top songs taken from a listener's old and much loved mixtape, they also join us on the show to tell us all about it. Plus, there's actually some free music to download in MPFree EP - all the week's free download tracks lovingly cobbled together for your convenience.

Plus, London four piece consisting of Roman Rappak and Adam Ainger, better known as Breton, join Lauren to play tracks from their new album War Stories - due out in Feb. Things seem to be going well for them following their remixes for the likes of The Temper Trap, Penguin Prison and Tricky. And, more recently, have toured with Local Natives and Foals.
