Adam Walton is joined by three scientists who have chosen some page-turners that you might consider for adding to your Christmas present list.

Dr Pippa Moore, an aquatic biologist based at Aberystwyth University, chooses, as her main choice, "The RSPB Handbook Of The Seashore" by Maya Plass (published by Bloomsbury).
Pippa's second choice is "Wildlife Photographer Of The Year Portfolio" - (a series of books published by the Natural History Museum)

Dr Chris North, an astrophysicist at Cardiff University chooses, as his main choice "The Day Without Yesterday" by Stuart Clark (published by Polygon).
As his second choice Chris chooses "Patrick Moore's Yearbook Of Astronomy 2014" by Patrick Moore and John Mason (published by Macmillan)

Dr Martina Lahmann, a senior lecturer in organic chemistry at Bangor University, has, as her first choice, "The Rabbit Problem" by Emily Gravett (published by Macmillan Children's Books)
For her second choice, Martina chooses "The Horrible Science Of Everything" by Nick Arnold and Tony De Saulles (published by Scholastic).
