Adam Walton pays a visit to the Swansea University Sleep Lab, one of the leading research centres for the study of sleep and dreams. Professor Mark Blagrove shows Adam around the unusual laboratory, which has two bedrooms for volunteers to spend the night, having their brain activity monitored, and their dream stories recorded. We also hear from researcher Elaine van Rijn who explains how the experiments are carried out. Perrine Ruby from the Neuroscience Research Centre at Lyon in France explains her collaboration with the Swansea Lab.
