INGREDIENTS
路听听听听听听听听 2 large cooking apples
路听听听听听听听听 2 discovery/pink lady sweet eating apples
路听听听听听听听听 2 mac reds
路听听听听听听听听 Pinch of ground cloves/ cinnamon/nutmeg

Hot butter Pastry
听路听听听听听听听听 175 gr plain flour
路听听听听听听听听 125 gr butter
路听听听听听听听听 50 gr sugar
听
METHOD
听
1.听听听 Peel core and slice all apples.
2.听听听 Toss together with spices allow to sit on paper towel whilst you make the pastry.
3.听听听 Melt butter and sugar until hot and sugar dissolved.
4.听听听 Gradually add flour until stiff dough roll out as required for pie dish.
5.听听听 Fill case with mixed apples roll out pastry lid brush with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
6.听听听 Bake in oven 160c听 Gas 4 until pastry crisp on top 25-35 mins.
7.听听听 Serve with large dollop of cream/custard/ice cream or maybe all 3!听听听听
