When the author and environmentalist George Monbiot published his latest book "Feral" recently it too had the desired affect of causing . We hear how rewilding, our approach to nature conservation and criticism of sheep farming were just some of the subjects tackled.

The reserve is undergoing a makeover and with impact on the environment in mind Huw Jenkins visits the look at the Lookout hide being built with bales of straw.

And what could be better in this weather than the classroom outdoors? The in Pembrokeshire has a packed timetable of events over the summer, hoping to inspire children to get out into the natural world - and possibly turn a few of them into budding scientists.
