One-time comedy megastar and now respected political journalist and author Rob Newman returns with a novel and a tour, also Rodge Glass on his latest book, Love Sex Travel Musik.
Arika, the organisers of experimental music, film and art events, take over the Tramway in Glasgow this weekend in the name of exploring the theme of Freedom. They've attracted the likes of double-bassist Henry Grimes, who has performed with Sonny Rollins and Benny Goodman, and black American poetry pioneer Amiri Baraka to illustrate their theme. Arika's Barry Esson and double-bassist Henry Grimes elaborate.
