Steve interviews Ed Richards, Chief Executive of Ofcom, on some of the key areas in his brief. What, if anything, needs to be done to support public service broadcasting? Is Ofcom willing and able to be part of system regulating the press? How far can Ofcom protect internet users from inappropriate content?
