Chef, writer and restaurant owner Yotam Ottolenghi talks about the culinary journey he made through the riads of Morocco to the exotic eateries of Istanbul, from the souks of Tunisia to the eclectic food markets of Israel for his television series, Mediterranean Feasts. He shares stories from his childhood, recall when his passion for food and cooking began and talk about being something of a pioneer for vegetarianism, despite not being a vegetarian himself.
