The practice of undercover police officers forming long term and intimate relationships with individuals whom they are spying will be discussed at an event at the House of Commons hosted by the Green MP Caroline Lucas. Caroline joins Aasmah to explain why she thinks this practice should be prevented. They are joined by Jan Berry, former Chair of the Police Federation.

On Thursday, the first ever statue of a Muslim woman in the UK will be unveiled in a London square by Princess Anne.聽 Noor Inayat Khan is one of only three wartime women to have been awarded the George Cross, the highest decoration for gallantry away from the field of battle. There has been shock across the world at the shooting of the Pakistani schoolgirl, Malala Yousufzai by the Taleban in North West Pakistan. Although only 15 she has been campaigning since the age of 11 for the rights of girls to attend school.
