Fred catches up with space cowboy Steve Miller, discovers the magic of maps with author Simon Garfield, and goes in search of an adrenalin rush - on a farm in Fife!
Felix Baumgartner may have experienced an out-of-this-world adrenalin rush on Sunday, but if you fancy a buzz, we've got some suggestions for some more earthly, blood-pumping pursuits all over Scotland.

I got aÌýknee trembler, the boom of my heart was deafening and theÌýsweat on my brow did not ooze... it spurted. What a high when I made it back up to safety. I’ve climbed it since.
