The Hairy Bikers talk about their love of Scotland and the great Scottish food we have here. Now a much slimmed down version of what they used to be Dave Myres and Si King tell Pennie Latin that dieting doesn't mean making compromises with your food, it can still be fun, exciting and fulfilling.

Pumpkin Pie is very much an American thing that hasn't really caught on in Scotland, but American food specialist Peggy Braunche wants us Scots to embrace this Thanksgiving treat and shows Kitchen Caf茅 producer Gillian how to make a pumpkin pie from scratch.

This Halloween, rather than handing out bags of sweets to children guising at your door why not make them a quick Halloween treat, chocolate brownies for example. Chef John Quigley gives us a very guide to making this family favourite

And if you want to do something different this Halloween or cannot bring yourself to scooping the flesh out of a pumpkin why not get cooking with squash instead.
