Rio Ferdinand choc ice row

Naresh Puri sits in for Nihal. Is it racist to call someone a 'choc ice' or a 'coconut'? Plus Naresh discusses Mehndi in Keep It Or Leave It.

Is it racist to call someone a choc ice or a coconut?

Chelsea and England footballer John Terry was acquitted of racially abusing Anton Ferdinand on friday. The evidence of his club and international teammate, Ashley Cole, who happens to be black was crucial in Terry's acquital.

Over the weekend Anton's brother, Rio sent a tweeting that calling Ashley Cole a "choc-ice" mean Black on the outside, white on the inside. Asians often call each other coconuts for the same reason but is there anything wrong with that? Do you ever use any of these terms? Get in touch and let us know what you think.

After 2 we'll be talking about mehndi in Keep it or Leave it.

Should we carry on with this tradition or get rid? Is it convenient for a bride to keep henna on her hands for hours or over night when she has so much to do? Is it a custom that would be best left in the past?
