It is the battle of the London and South East chefs - newcomers Phil Howard, Graham Garrett and Marcus McGuinness. All of them are determined to knock out their rivals in the race to the Olympic banquet.
They kick things off with their starters, but which one is going to be first off the blocks? Will it be Phil with spring salad with goat's milk puree, pickled asparagus and quail's eggs; Graham with pickled rabbit, wild garlic quinoa and frozen rabbit liver parfait; or Marcus with iced lamb's liver parfait, malt loaf, fingerling limes and rose geranium.
