Susan Hulme reports on the proceedings at Westminster as David Cameron defends the Government's controversial welfare changes as "right and fair".
His comments came ahead of votes in the Commons to overturn amendments, agreed by peers, to the legislation which would introduce a cap on the benefits any one household can claim.
