6/6 When Magnus MacFarlane Barrow was a young lad at school he hated the limelight - he didn't much enjoy university life either because he was shy, so he quit. Neither of these facts point in the direction his life would take; The setting up of Mary's Meals, a Scottish Charity which provides daily meals for over half a million children in their local school, all around the world - the idea is a simple one, encourage the hungry child to attend school to eat and, through education, gain a better future for himself. Clare English meets with Magnus MacFarlane Barrow in Glasgow to hear about his remarkable Trip to the Top and to find out if you apply the same method to setting up a charity as you do a business in order to make it a success.
