Elliot's Ukrainian trip takes a twist when he discovers the real reason for his visit. Sacha's determination to bring Christmas cheer to all almost costs him everything.
Elliot arrives in Kiev under the impression he is to give a lecture to a group of students. When he discovers the real reason he has been invited is to perform a risky heart operation, Elliot is left with an impossible dilemma.
Sacha is determined to cheer up Chrissie after her recent split from Dan, but when he wrongly assumes her feelings for him aren't real, he risks losing everything. With the clock ticking, can Sacha really get what he wants for Christmas?
