A special pre-recorded Culture Cafe from The Good Food Show at the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre with Janice Forsyth and guests including a special one-to-one with the former head chef of Le Gavroche and current head of Glasgow's premier French restaurant Chardon d'Or, Brian Maule. Janice is joined at the SECC by the head chef of Edinburgh's Ondine Roy Brett and art critic Anne Ellis, as well as the young designer who famously incorporates 'Tunnock's teacakes' and other familiar Scottish brands Gillian Kyle, and Harlequin's CEO Sanjay Majhu for discussions about food in art and culture and how Scotland's perception of food differs from other countries. Finally, Colin Clydesdale tells us about the award winning Ingr3dients multi-media dining experience which was held earlier this year to mark Glasgow's Ubiquitous Chip's 40th anniversary.
